I know he is from Shoals, Vincennes area; married 5 times. I got this information from his son John C. Abel, who's mother is Catherine/Catharine Waggoner ? I think. All John remembered is that his mothers name was Catherine, and she must have died at an early age. Any info on Nathan's parents would be wonderful, uh this takes so long to dig. Thanks.
