In Queries Reply Here: http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/In/Martin/10102 Surname: Hedden, Willcox ------------------------- Am looking for information about the Thomas Willcox family who moved from Newark N.J. to Hindostan, Martin Co. late 1819,early 1820. They may have lived briefly in Clarks Ferry, Mitcheltree Twp. of Martin Co. In the 1820 census of Hindostan it lists Thomas Willcox age 16-26 another male age 16-26 and one female age 16-26. The female I believe was Rhoda Hedden Willcox born 1797 and married Thomas Willcox in Oct. 1819 just before they moved to Indiana. I assume the other male was a brother to Thomas? The Willcox family moved to New Albany, Floyd Co. IN. where they had two children Araminta and Stephen. Thomas died about 1835/1836.
