Jacob Lents married 1 Jan 1807 Elizabeth 'Betsy' Seal, dau of John Bernard Seale, Sr. and Mary Ann Vessels of Nelson Co, KY. Elizabeth Seal Lents also buried at St. Mary's. (John B. Father -not listed; mother ------Spalding Lents, Vinnes 17-197 Martin Co Tribune XXVII-7 Loogootee, IN Fri 23 aug 1901 Vincent Lents Dead Vincent Lents, one of the pioneer citizens of this county, died Sunday afternoon at his residence in this city of a complication of paralysis, heart and kidney trouble. He was seventy-eight years old and was the father of eleven children, eight of whom are living. He moved to this community from Kentucky, when five years old. His wife who survives his seventy-seven years old. The remains were buried at St. Mary's Tuesday morning. Note: His wife's maiden name was Margaret Jackson. Martin Co, IN Death Record: Vincen J.
