My line is Stephen C. Melton b. 1821 KY (not sure of parents), who married Lucinda Adeline Bowling b. 1826 Washington Co, KY (to James William Bowling and Monica Johnston). Lucinda A. Melton died before 1860. I have identified only one son to date: Joseph E. Melton b. 1847 in Martin Co.
