    3. Angel... Do you know anything about Mort Keller, a buddy of my GGF Alonzo Ragle? Mort married Mary Ann Toon, the younger sister of Alonzo's wife Susan Ellen Toon. Here is a piece from Harry Holt's book: Mary Toon [wife of Morton Keller] is mentioned in "Churches of Martin County" by Harry Q. Holt as one of a group of people who encouraged Bud McCarter to seek an alternative to "Keck's Church" for use in worship by Methodists who lived southwest of Keck's Church. The church which was built was on 1.5 acres donated by Alonzo and Peter Ragle 2 miles southwest of Keckville. It was surrounded by a spacious valley and near enough to the Loogootee road for the convenience of the regular and prospective membership... The land mentioned is in Brown TWP, Martin Co. Mort Keller and Mary Ann Toon were m. July 03, 1879. I don't know anything about their children, or about Mort Keller's line, but would very much like to find out more. WRT Tinkle, here are the 1870 census entries for Martin Co.: Name Age POB Living Census page in (TWP) Tinkle Jerimiah 64 OH Columbia 311 Tinkle Mary 61 PA Columbia 311 Tinkle Andrew J 25 OH Columbia 311 Tinkle Creina? They are built on land that contains 3 dozen old cemeteries, which they have preserved and inventoried. You can contact them at Crane Naval Depot, Public Relations, (812) 854-1640. They will send you inventories of these old cemeteries. Good luck, John Ragle
