Present at the hearing were the majority of his family. Also present and mention in the probate agreement and putting her mark to the agreement is Elizabeth Hays and her husband Joseph. Looking for information as to when they were married and was her maiden name Vanhoy? If not what is the connection to the Vanhoy family?
