I looked in a 1998 yellow pages for Indy that we have here in our office (I'm not located in Indy so don't have access to a new one). There is an Imperial Machine Corp., 1625 Bellefontaine St, 317-927-9653. I have no idea if that's the same one or not, but you might give it a try. Good luck.
