    3. This is a shot in the dark but sometimes brings surprises. Do you know any of Edwards Smiths brothers and sisters. I am looking for a James A. Smith born in Indiana on 27 September 1856. He was around Indianapolis between 1885 and 1926. He was married in 1885 and died in 1932, so I know those dates are ok. His children were placed in the Guardians Home when his wife died. Thank you. 3. According to my GG Uncle's marriage application, his dad Edward Smith, was born in Dromore, County Tyrone, Ireland. His wife was born there too, and she has a birth year of 1860. I don't know anything of Edwards family except his oldest daughter's baptism certif. shows an Eleanor Smith as one of her sponsors/Godparents. I don't know how Eleanor fits into the scheme of the family tree. Seeing how he died between census, I can't find him. I am sorry Theresa. I hope you find your link to your Smith family.
