Heirs included Samuel Rhoads. 8-1840 Estate of Aaron Sulgrove (Pg. 234-37). Purchasers included John Rhoads. Debts paid included John Rhoads. 8-1847 Thomas Cheeseman (pg30-37). John Rhoads was witness to her right of administration. Purchasers included: Charles R. Rhoads, John Rhoades. Accounts paid included Hiram Rhoads("crying vendue") which means he was the auctioneer.
