While tunneling through shelves at the library this afternoon, I stumbled across a book by Charles Edward Banks called "Able Men of Suffolk, 1638, Vol. I). Copyrighted 1931. I found some Inmans and Spencers on that list. In the Hundred of Babergh, town of Neiland, I found John Inman and William Spencer. Same Hundred, but in Cornard Parva, I found Christopher Inman and Thomas Spencer. And also in the same Hundred, but in Stoake, I found William Inman. Does anyone know the identify of these men?
