Hi, Missy. Three out of four names isn't bad! That's my interest out of what you have posted. And the fourth is one that I can certainly use. If you will go to my database at WorldConnect you'll see a little further information on these families. I have connected David Edward Metcalf of a John Metcalf but am only guessing that is the right one. The name Noble comes into the picture because my great grandfather, Erastus James Metcalf, had a boy named Andrew Frederic Metcalf by his first wife, Martha Priscill Taylor. He apparently abandoned her and she remarried a William Noble and had 8 more children. It's all at WorldConnect. So many of the Metcalfs wound up in Indiana and Ohio that I just wonder if it is mere coincidence that I find a Noble there also. I sure would like to find descendants of Andrew Frederic who may have taken the name of his stepfather, Noble. What can you add to what you have already posted and what I have at WorldConnect?
