MADISON COUNTY, IN WEB SITE - INGEN WEB PROJECT If you have not taken a look at the InGenWeb site for Madison County, In lately, please visit it soon. FEEDBACK REQUESTED: After you have visited the Web site, I would like to have your feedback: a) What you would like to see added. How would adding it help your research? b) What would you suggest we do to make the site more useful? c) Do you have material you would like to have added? I want to inform you that the Web site is still being adjusted and will be changing frequently until we feel the format is the most suitable one, and as we incorporate your suggestions. It is our purpose to further the access and sharing of genealogical data of the entire county through this Web site. 3. SPECIAL ATTENTION: HISTORICAL ORGANIZATIONS I am attempting to contact the persons in charge of the various historical or genealogical organizations in the County to include their info in the Web Site. If you are an officer or member of one of these groups, please contact me with the pertinent info, or furnish me with a contact name and address or e-mail address. I have been in contact with Linda and she has given me the Elwood Pipecreek information. I have also contacted a couple of other groups, but am not sure I contacted the correct person since I have received no reply. If your area has no society, but has someone who might be the area historian, I would be pleased to have their name. We need the information in order to include it in the Web site. 4. YOUR FAVORITE, *FREE RESEARCH LINKS: If a link to your favorite, *free genealogy research web site is not listed and you would like for it to be, you may request it. Send your request to me at the list administrator address: <INMADISO-admin@rootsweb.com> Also, I will accept the urls for your gedcom files on the web for inclusion in the Web Site; however, DO NOT PUT YOUR LINKS OR GEDCOMS ON THE LIST-- We can handle them on the website and on the Boards, but NOT on the list, please.
