Bless your heart, Paula. I was searching for more clues that these men, Wm and Abner, were the sons of my James in Shenandoah and Rockingham counties of VA. Both have named a daughter and a son after their parents and the other kids are mostly named after siblings. Combined with other info I have collected, I am certain they are James' sons.
