    1. [INMADISO-L] Edmond L.Lane
    2. Steve Veneskey
    3. Edmond Lane traveled all over this country, until the Civil War. He is found in NE where he had just married Delphia Hoppes. Edmond enlisted from NE and served in the war, afterwards they settled in Anderson, IN, in the 1880 census there were 9 children listed with Edmond and Delphia Lane. Henry J. age 20, James H. age 17, Joseph age 13, Mary E. age 12, Fredick N. age 10, Albert G. age 8, George W. age 6, Cora M. age 4, Sarah A. age less than a year. In 1900 they lived at 2724 Pit St. in Anderson, a few years ago the house was torn down and a log home was found in the middle of the house. I'm trying to find out about the children and who they married did they stay in Anderson or move away? The children's children where are they? Does anyone know any stories about the family? A Lane searcher, Karen
