THE TIMES MAIL BEDFORD, INDIANA SATURDAY, JANUARY 25, 1986 SHOALS - Lovell W. Johnson, 80, R 3, Shoals, died at 6:30 p.m. Friday at Daviess County Hospital In Washington following a two- year Illness. He was born Dec. 21, 1905 In Martin County to Tyra and Minerva Williams Johnson. He married Hazel B. Pipher May 21, 1936, and she survives. He was a retired Martin County highway employee and member of the Dover Hill Christian Union Church. Surviving with the wife, are two sons: Lovell (Gene) and Ron Johnson, both of Shoals, seven grandchildren two great- grandchildren; two brothers. Dale Johnson, Shoals, and Robert Johnson, Williams. A son, a grandson and a brother preceded him In death. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Queen-Lee Funeral Home In Shoals with the Rev. Weldon Meade officiating. Burial will be In Beech Grove Cemetery In Bedford. Friends may call after 1:30 pm. Sunday.
