TIMES MAIL BEDFORD INDIANA MONDAY, AUGUST 24, 1981 Larry J. Stancombe, 39, of Kinser Pike Dr., Bloomington, died at 3:55 a.m. Sunday at his residence. Born Aug. 20, 1942, in Bedford, he was the son of Leonard and Violet Deckard Stancombe. He was reared by Zan and Zella Kinser, R. 14 Bedford, who are both deceased. He was owner and operator of the Shell service station In Bloomington. He attended the Chapel Hill Church and was a member of the Moose Lodge. Survivors include his wife, Connie M. (Crouch) Stancombe: three daughters, Cindy and Loretta, both at home and Wendy of England; one son, Larry, at home;. two stepdaughters, Lana Robinson, at home and Tana Bundy of Bloomington; two half-sisters, Marsha Sowders, Bedford; and Judy Campbell, Nashville, Ind.; and one grandchild. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Allen Funeral Home in Bloomington with the Revs. Wesley Powell, Kirby Tiller and Arthur Miller officiating. Burial will be in Chambersville Cemetery in Owen County. Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.
