DAILY TIMES MAIL BEDFORD, INDIANA TUESDAY, JULY 20, 1948 Homer Wesner Of Medora Succumbs Homer W. Wesner, 74 years old, retired railroad employee, of Medora, died Sunday at the Robert Long Hospital In Indianapolis following a year's illness. He was the son of J. B. and Mary Ellen Driscol Wesner and was born in Jackson county June 18, 1874. He married Hattie Stratton August 13, 1936, who survives. Other survivors are the following children, Elmis Wesner, Medora, Mrs. Mary Hill, Mrs. Mabel Hook, Marshall Wesner and Mrs. Betty Crum, all of Indianapolis; four brothers, Anthony Wesner, Fort Ritner; Albert Wesner, Bedford; Alfred Wesner, Seymour, and Clifford Wesner, New Albany; two sisters, Mrs. Anna Wray, Bedford, and Mrs. Flo Chim, Florence. Kansas. Funeral services will be conducted from the Hague Funeral Home in Medora at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon with Rev. Waldron officiating, Burial will be in the Dixon Chapel Cemetery near Fort Ritner.
