Wednesday at Bedford Medical Center. Born in Hardinsburg, she was the daughter of Charles W, and Martha (Kincaid) Clements, She married Cyprian L. Dickey on Nov. 30, 1929, and he preceded her in death in 1991. She was a homemaker and attended the First Christian Church of Hardinsburg. Survivors include one daughter, Vera "Vicki" Qualls of Paoli; two grandsons, two step- granddaughters; nine step-great- grandchildren and six step-great- great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one brother, Raymond Clements. Services will be II am. Saturday at McAdams Mortuary. Paoli, with Brother Harvey McAdams officiating. Burial will be In Paoli Community Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-9 Friday at the funeral home.
