BEDFORD WEEKLY MAIL BEDFORD, INDIANA FRIDAY, AUGUST 18, 1899 Death of Mrs. Louis Daggy A telegram was received last Monday by relatives in this city, announcing the death, at Indianapolis at 9 a.m. of Mrs. Louis Daggy. She had been in that city for a number of days, accompanied by her husband for medical treatment for a disease of the stomach. Mrs. Daggy was about 63 years of age. FRIDAY, AUGUST 25, 1899 In Memoriam Mary P Daggy was born Nov. 16, 1832. She was married to A. L. Daggy Nov. 20, 1855. To this union 10 children were born of which two were chosen by the Loving Father as little angels and are now with mother, beckoning on the other shore, who departed this earthly life Aug. 14, 1899, age 66 yrs, 8 mos, and 28 das. Services were conducted by Rev. Asbury assisted by Rev. Chadwick at the family residence - 10th street, at 9 o'clock p.m. Aug. 17th. God's fingers touched her and she slept, Death certainly loves a shining mark, So laid his hand upon her brow, And thus the light of our home went out. Though her un went down it rose again on the other shore. She has gone but the influence of her sweet life will be shining as enduring as love itself.
