Ross Jr. Sept. 28, 1925-Feb. 17, 1993 SHOALS - Garald Lee Ross Jr., 67, R. 1, Shoals, formerly of Indianapolis, Plainfield and Brownsburg, died at 1:04 p.m. Wednesday at Bedford Medical Center. Born in Shoals, he was the son of Garald Lee and Mabel (Shaw) Ross Sr. He married Jo Ann Shipman on June 19, 1957. in Tennessee, and she survives. He was a road driver for 32 1/2 years for Yellow Freight System. He was of Christian faith, a member of Eagles Lodge 2442. Moose Lodge of Washington, Sons of the American Legion of Shoals, and former member of Teamsters Union 135. Survivors in addition to the wife are one son, Bryan Ross of Shoals; one sister, Mrs. Robert (Delema) Crays of Loogootee; two uncles: Samuel F. Shaw of Mitchell and Napoleon Shaw of Bedford. Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Queen-Lee Funeral Home, Shoals, with Brother Ken Jurgens officiating. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 3-9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
