TIMES MAIL BEDFORD INDIANA MONDAY, JUNE 23, 1947 Mrs. Amanda Ella Fleetwood Passes Mrs. Amanda Ella Fleetwood, wife of George Fleetwood, died at 11:30 p.m. Sunday at the family residence, 1505 Sixth street, following an illness of fourteen months. The remains were prepared for burial at the Day & Carter Mortuary and will lie in state there after 3:00 p.m. today. Funeral services will be conducted from the Elmwood Chapel at 2:30 p.m.. Tuesday with the Rev. Melvin Miller, pastor of the First Church of God, which she attended, officiating, Burial will be made in Cresthaven Memorial Park. A native of Jackson county, Mrs. Fleetwood was the daughter of Durm and Rebecca Clark Bagwell and was born September 22, 1879. Her marriage with George Fleetwood occurred August 29, 1898. Survivors, besides the husband; are three sons, Gareld and James L. Fleetwood, both at home, and Cecil, residing on the Heltonville road; two half-brothers, John Mitchell, of New Castle, and Delbert.
