BEDFORD MAIL BEDFORD, INDIANA FRIDAY, DECEMBER 25, 1896 Franklin Talbott, an old and highly respected citizen living one and a half miles southwest of here, suffered a paralytic stroke Thursday Dec. 17th that proved fatal. Mr. Talbott was found lying on the floor unconscious when his daughter returned from milking. medical aid was quickly summoned, but the soul had taken its flight. 59 years ago Mr. T first saw the light of day on the same farm of his late residence. he was honest and industrious. he leaves four daughters, one son, two sisters and a host of friends. the funeral occurred Saturday at 11 a.m. from residence. rev. Benham officiating. Interment at Talbott Cemetery.
