BEDFORD MAIL BEDFORD, INDIANA FRIDAY, MAY 3, 1901 Washington, Ind., April 29. Earl R. Sutton, painter, of Dayton, O., was instantly killed last night at the relay depot of the Baltimore & Ohio Southwestern railway. He was riding between a box car and a flat car loaded with steel rails, and the sudden stopping of the train caused the steel rails to be pushed forward, crushing him. He was about 24 years old.
