DAILY TIMES MAIL BEDFORD, INDIANA THURSDAY, MARCH 21, 1951 Springville Woman Dies At Residence Vesta Leon Graves, 34, died at her home in Springville yesterday at 7:20 p.m. after an illness of several months. She was born in Springville on June 28, 1916 to Charles and Ethel Hammond Stevenson and on March 3, 1937 she was married to Houston Graves. Mrs. Graves was a member of the Springville Christian Church, the W.C.T.U., the Ladies' Aid and the Springville Home Economics Club. Survivors inc1ude the husband, two daughters. Mildred Elaine and Norma Jean Graves, both at home; the parents of Springville; four brothers, Olin Hammond, Indianapolis and John William and Harold Stevenson of Springville: three sisters. Mrs. Gertrude Mullis of Springville, and Mrs. Norma Vollet and Miss Melvina Stevenson, both of Indianapolis. The funeral services will be announced Friday and will be held at the Springville Christian Church. Interment will be in the Christian Cemetery at Springville. The body will be returned to lie in state at the residence. Day and Carter Mortuary is arranging the funeral.
