TIMES MAIL BEDFORD, INDIANA WEDNESDAY, MAY 6, 1970 Mrs. Esther W. Nordberg, 84, of Bloomington, a former Bedford resident, died Tuesday evening at the Bloomington Hospital. A native of Sweden, she came to the United States in 1901 and had lived in Bloomington for the past 12 years. Survivors are the husband, Oscar; two daughters, Mrs. Violet McCreary, Bloomington and Mrs. Ruth Lyness, of Michigan City; a son, Bernard, of Bloomington, and eight grandchildren. Funeral service will be held Friday at 10:30 a.m. at the Day Funeral Home Chapel, with burial in the Valhalla Memory Gardens Friends may call at the funeral home from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m., today, and from 2 to 9:30 p.m., Thursday.
