TIMES MAIL BEDFORD, INDIANA SATURDAY, DECEMBER 7, 1985 Ollie Mae Bowling, 80, Medora, died at 9 p.m. Thursday at the residence. She had been ill 10 years. She was born Feb. 16, 1905 at Manchester Ky., to Robert and Dora Crank Gilbert. She was married June 3, 1921 in Manchester Ky., to Greene Bowling and he survives. She was a homemaker and a member of Midway Apostolic Church in Medora. Surviving with the husband are three sons, Gilles Bowling. Oneita, Ky., Ledford Bowling, Manchester, Ky., and Cecil Bowling, RFD, Medora, five daughters, Verta Langdon, Spurlock. Ky., Ezella DeMoss, Dayton. Ohio, Nora Davidson, Hamilton, Ohio, Bertha Javery, Hollywood, Fla. and Opal Hibbard, Cambden, Ohio; several grandchildren; three brothers, Taylor Gilbert, Lincoln Gilbert and Omar Gilbert all of Dayton, Ohio; three sisters, Lucy Jane Davidson. Sprulock, Ky., Bertha Harker, Dayton, Ohio, and Gracie Hensley, Dayton, Ohio. She was preceded in death by one son, Steven. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Britton Funeral Home in Manchester, Ky. Rev. W. L. Kaufman officiating. Burial will be in Muncy Cemetery in Kentucky.
