BEDFORD WEEKLY MAIL BEDFORD, INDIANA FRIDAY, APRIL 25, 1902 James M. Henderson, of Brownstown, died at the residence of his father, Robert M. Henderson, three miles east of Leesville, on Tuesday night. He leaves a widow, who is a sister of McHenry Owen, of this city. He was post master at Brownstown from 1893 to 1897. He was a post master of Cedar Ridge, No. 161, Free and Accepted Masons, of Leesville, and was a Past Chancellor of Brownstown Lodge No. 60, Knights of Pythias, of Brownstown, and was a member of the Baptist church. The funeral was from the Presbyterian church at Brownstown Thursday, and was in charge of the two orders of which he had been an active and zealous member for several years. *************************** FRIDAY, MAY 2, 1902 WEDDLEVILLE J. M. Henderson died last Tuesday night at the home of his father Robert M. Henderson. Funeral services were conducted at Brownstown, Thursday. He leaves a wife and a host of relatives and friends to mourn his loss.
