BEDFORD WEEKLY MAIL BEDFORD, INDIANA FRIDAY, AUG. 31, 1900 Mr. and Mrs. David Gray received a telegram Tuesday announcing the death of Mrs. Cloa Long Martin, at her home at Arthur, Ills. Mrs. Martin's maiden name was Long and she formerly resided here in her girlhood days and was a niece of Mrs. Gray's. Mrs. Martin, and her husband it will be remembered, visited Mr. and Mrs. Gray and other relatives in this city and the Flatwoods district last fall. Owing to the late illness of Mrs. Gray from a stroke of paralysis it was not deemed advisable for her to undergo the trip to attend the funeral to the regret of both her and Mr. Gray.
