TIMES MAIL BEDFORD, INDIANA JUNE 28, 1982 Ruth E. Clemons, 59, R. 13, died at 11:26 a.m. Sunday at Jennings Community Hospital, North Vernon. She was born June 7, 1923, in Lawrence County, to Charles and Jane Deckard McGinnis. A housewife, she was married Oct. 17, 1938, in Bedford, to Lawrence (Bennie) Clemons, who survives. She was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters. She was a member of the Salvation Army. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home with Major Jones of the Salvation Army officiating. Burial will be in Beech Grove Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 6 p.m. today.
