MABEL ROBERTSON, 63, DIES IN CITY Mabel Robertson, 63-year-old resident of 413 Vine street, Mitchell, died at 10:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Robert Long Hospital in Indianapolis. She had been in failing health for two months. She was born May 11, 1898 in Lawrence County, the daughter of Charles and Lora Nolan Stevens. Her first marriage was to Orville York. She next married Ernest Robertson, who survives. Other survivors include three children, Albert Austin of Duluth, Minnesota, Riley E. Leatherman of Route 1, Paoli and Mrs. William (Mary) C. Archer of Route 1, Orleans; a number of half brothers and half sister and eight grandchildren. Definite funeral arrangements will be announced Friday by the Day & Carter Mortuary. Burial will take place in the Mitchell Cemetery under the direction of the Day & Carter Mortuary. Friends may call at the Day & Carter Mortuary at any time.
