TIMES MAIL BEDFORD, INDIANA DECEMBER 15, 1983 Paul D. (Red) Boyd, 57, Shoals, died at 6:45 p.m. Wednesday at Mitchell Manor. He was born in Martin County Jan. 16, 1926, to Benjamin and Vada Jane Robbins Boyd. He married Amanda Blair in 1958. and she preceded him in death. Survivors include two brothers, Lloyd H. Boyd, R. 2, Shoals, and Edward Eugene Boyd, R. 2, Shoals. Four sisters, one brother and one son are deceased. He was a painter and a member of Shoals Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8589 and Shoals American Legion Post 61. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Queen-Lee Funeral Home in Shoals, Father Kenneth Betz officiating. Burial will be in Goodwill Cemetery in Loogootee with graveside military rites. Friends may call at the funeral home after 4:30 p.m. Friday.
