BEDFORD WEEKLY MAIL BEDFORD, INDIANA FRIDAY, OCT. 26, 1900 DEATH OF MRS. MARY A. DUNCAN Mrs. Mary A. Duncan died at her home east of Bedford, Saturday night at 9 o'clock, after an illness of several months of heart weakness and other disorders. She was the mother of a large family of whom there are now living: Mrs. Isis Day, Dr. James Duncan, Clay Duncan, William Duncan, Robert Duncan, Coleman Duncan, Miss Nannie Duncan and Mrs. Sallie Duncan, of Bowling Green, Ky. A short funeral service took place at the house Monday afternoon at one o'clock, when the remains were taken to the Leatherwood church, where a funeral service was held and conducted by Rev. James Small at three o'clock. The remains were interred in the cemetery by the church. She was a very intelligent woman, and widely known, and leaves many friends and relatives who will miss her.
