    3. TIMES MAIL BEDFORD, INDIANA SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 1996 Arkansas Wagner, 86, of Bedford, died Saturday at Bedford Nursing Home. Born Oct. 17, 1909, in Martin County, he was the son of Obel and Emma Belle (Roberts) Wagner. He had worked at the Crane Division of the Naval Surface Warfare Center and Stone City Construction Co. He had taught school at the Old Pace, Patton Hill and the Fayetteville schools. He was a member of the Fayetteville Baptist Church and a veteran of World War II Survivors Include two sisters, Alma Terrell and Audrey Terrell, both of Bedford, one brother, Alva Wagner of Williams; several nieces and nephews He was preceded in death by his wife Laura P. (Pierce) Wagner, in 1979; and one brother, Arza Wagner: Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Day and Carter Mortuary in Bedford with the Rev. Merla Craig officiating Burial will be at Cresthaven Memory Gardens. Friends may call 2-9 p.m. Mon day at the funeral home
