TIMES MAIL BEDFORD, INDIANA MONDAY, JUNE 26, 1989 PAOLI - Margie Gilliatt, 66, formerly of R. 3, English, died at 3:30 p.m. Sunday at Community Hospital in Indianapolis. Born in Hoopston, Ill. Dec 5, 1922, She was the daughter of Corder and Inez Holland Hollen. She married Herschel Elliott Jan. 19, 1939, and he survives. She was a member of Primitive Baptist Church. Surviving with the husband are one son, Jerry Gilliatt, Columbus; five daughters: Charlotte Terrell, English, Mary Sharon Parks, Greenfield, Nancy Cook, Alexandria, Beverly Burns, Brownsburg, and Robin Brown, Paoli; one brother, Jack Hollen, Hoopston, Ill; :one half-brother, Charles Davis, French Lick, two sisters: Pauline Stotts and Ethel Hobson, both of Paoli; 20 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one brother, Woodrow Hollen, four sisters: Mae Scott, Fern Hollen, Frances Davis, Lula McDonald, one grandson and one great-great grandson. Funeral arrangements are pending at Dillman-Ellis Funeral home in Paoli.
