DAILY TIMES MAIL BEDFORD, INDIANA MONDAY, JANUARY 18, 1982 George M. Leahy, 38, of R. 13, Bedford, died at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Dunn Memorial Hospital. He had been ill two weeks. Mr. Leahy was assistant secretary-treasurer of Triangle- Plumbing and Heating Corp. in Bedford. Born Feb. 22, 1943, in Lawrence County, he was the son of Robert M. and Mary E. Hodges Leahy. He married Janet Roberts on May 9, 1969, in Bedford and she survives. Also surviving are one son, Bobby, and two daughters, Melissa and Erica, all at home; the parents, of Bedford; two brothers, James R. Leahy, of Bloomington and Jack Leahy of Bedford; and the step grandmother Beatrice Sanders Hodges of Bedford. Mr. Leahy was a member of Avoca Baptist Church and the Plumbers and Steamfitters Local No. 136. Final rites will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Ferguson- Lee Funeral Home with the Rev. Ted Morgan in charge. Burial will be in Cresthaven Memory Gardens. Friends may call after 4 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Triangle-Leahy Plumbing and Heating will be closed all day Wednesday.
