TIMES MAIL BEDFORD, INDIANA SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 1996 George Wishart McElhinney, 84, of Bloomington, died Saturday at Bloomington Hospital. Born Jan. 30, 1912, he was the son of George and Agnes (Mooney) McElhinney. He was retired from Thrasher Hardware and Alexander Electric. Survivors include his wife Dorothy J. (Burks) McElhinney; two daughters, Beverly Kay Freeman of North Salem and Tana D. McElhinney of Bloomington; three sons K. Dean McElhinney, G. Lane McElhinney and Nyle L. McElhinney, all of Bloomington; one brother, Bob McElhinney of Florida; two sisters, Lois Dickson of Virginia and Jane McElhinney of Indianapolis; 11 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one son Terry McElhinney and two brothers Ray McEhinney and Bruce McElhinney. Services Will be 10 a.m. Tuesday
