BEDFORD WEEKLY MAIL BEDFORD, INDIANA FRIDAY, FEB. 28, 1902 Seymour, Ind., Feb. 25. The trial of Henry Hudelson for the murder of James McKinney is in progress at Brownstown. The crime was committed in Washington county in the summer of 1901. McKinney was in a blackberry patch picking berries and Hudelson and another person rode in and made inquiry of McKinney's children where they could find their father. They were told, and they went to where he was. A quarrel ensued which resulted in Hudelson drawing a revolver and shooting McKinney.
