BEDFORD WEEKLY MAIL BEDFORD, INDIANA FRIDAY, MARCH 14, 1902 DEATH OF THOMAS J. BUTLER. Thomas J. Butler died at Pacific Grove, California, a health resort at which he had been living for two or three years, on March 2nd, and was buried there on the 4th. He was 76 years of age. Mr. Butler was a native of Bedford, but went to California in 1849, and made his home in that State and in Arizona. For many years he was in the banking business in Phoenix, Arizona. He made his last visit to Bedford relatives about two years ago, on his way home from a trip to the New England States.
