R. 4, Bedford passed on at his home early this morning at 5:45 after an illness of four years He was born in Lawrence County July 13, 1878 to Dolphus and Lydia Bridwell Fish. On November 12, 1905 he married Iva Clara Ikerd. The Prominent Dairy farmer was a member of the Mt Pleasant Christian Church Surviving besides his wife are five sons, Raymond Fish, Paul Fish, Donald Fish, Robert Fish all of R. R. 4 Bedford and Clarence Fish, Brownstown, two daughters, Mrs. Marshall Abel, Bedford and Mrs. Caroll Fender, Indianapolis, one brother Elmer Fish R. R. 4 Bedford, one sister, Mrs. Hamp Williams Bedford and 21 grandchildren and four great grandchildren Funeral services are to be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Mt. Pleasant Christian Church with the Rev. Henry Weaver officiating After preparation for burial by the Day & Carter Mortuary, the body will be removed to the home to lie in state this evening Interment will be at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
