Times Mail, Bedford, Indiana Friday, November 10, 1978 George Clifford Clark, 77, of R. 1, Heltonville in the Bartlettsville area, and a former resident of Indianapolis, died suddenly at 1:57 p.m. Thursday at Bedford Medical Center. He was born Sept. 1, 1901 in Lawrence County, the son of Dillon and Flossie Snow Clark. He married Hilda Norman Oct. 20, 1922, and she survives. He was a retired receiving clerk for Chevrolet in Indianapolis. Surviving with the wife are a son, Otis Wayne Clark of Connecticut; a daughter, Mrs. Greg (Norma) Wilsand of Bloomington; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Fessler of Markleville, Mrs. Dessie Hiatt of Anderson, and Delma Wendell of California; four brothers, Gleonard and Boyd of Anderson, Olin of Arizona, and Kelsie of Florida. Two brothers preceded him in death. He was a member of the Bartlettsville Christian Church. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Bartlettsville Christian church with Rev. Ben Carney officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the Jones Funeral Home after 7 p.m. today.
