Surviving are one son, Vincent E. Snider, Ocala, Fla.; two daughters, Dorothy Lagle, Wheatland and Nadine Harrell, Louisa, Va.; six grandchildren, and l0 great- grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a sister, Delpha, and a brother, Louis. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Brockman & Son, Wheatland Chapel, the Rev. Ray Bradley officiating. The former Velma King, she formerly owned and operated William's Book Store in Clarksville. She was a member of Clarksville Church of Christ where her husband the Rev. H. Robert Williams, who survives, is evangelist. Friends may call at the Seabrook Funeral Home in New Albany after 10 a.m. today and until noon Friday. when the body will be taken to the Clarksville Church of Christ to lie in state until services at 2 p.m. Entombment will be in Graceland Memorial Park Mausoleum. He was born in Martin County Jan. 16, 1926, to Benjamin and Vada Jane Robbins Boyd. He married Amanda Blair in 1958. and she preceded him in death. Survivors include two brothers, Lloyd H. Boyd, R. 2, Shoals, and Edward Eugene Boyd, R. 2, Shoals. Four sisters, one brother and one son are deceased. He was a painter and a member of Shoals Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8589 and Shoals American Legion Post 61. He was born Nov. 8, 1898 in Owen County to David and Avis Hickman Allen. He married Flossie Mullens who died in 1982. He was a retired railroad employee, a veteran of World War I and a member of the American Legion. She was born May 31, 1928 in Lawrence County, to M.G. "Buck" and Charlotte Hall Houtchings. She marred Goldman "Captain" Kidd Feb. 23, 1946, and he survives. She retired from Crane Naval Weapons Support Center and worked at Sarkes Tarzian at Bloomington. She was a member of the Baptist Church and Rebekah Lodge, both of Oolitic.
