Yes, my great-grandfather John Wesley WALKER was born 7/16/1842 at Heltonville, in Lawrence county. His wife was Sarah Elizabeth VOSS, born 4/1/1845 in Springville, Lawrence county. They both moved to Monroe county by the time they were married 11/19/1868. John's father, John Finley WALKER, seems to have come to Lawrence county from KY as a young man.
