I'm also very curious about this cemetery, it's the first I've heard of it. My ancestor, John Sutton, was often listed in the history books with a George Sheeks, whose cabin is now on display in some sort of museum/village place. I'm wondering if John Sutton could be buried in this cemetery. Was it named for the George Sheeks I'm thinking of, or any relation of his? Thanks for the info!
