BEDFORD WEEKLY MAIL BEDFORD, INDIANA FRIDAY, AUG. 3, 1900 The commencement of the Southern Indiana National College will take place at College Hall in Mitchell Aug. 3rd. The address of the occasion will be given by H. Spillman RIGGS, of Covington, Ky., a very forcible lecturer and entertainer, and it is promised that the exercises will excel all previous efforts of the college in the same line. The Mitchell Band will help to give music.
