Lauralea, Many of the families in Lawrence Co. have had members marry into just about every other family in the county, so we can often help each other, even though they may not be in the main lines we're searching. My husband's family, although the main names are Nickless, Donica, Jackson, Potter, & Holderness, also has marriages into the Lynn/Linn, Pierce/Pearce, Sipes/Sypes, Allen, Sherrill, Flinn/Flynn, Guthrie lines, just to name a few.
