Hiram FLINN took his best girl to a basket meeting at Mount Carmel Sunday. . Alexander CABLE and others of Hitchcock Station, spent several days here visiting and fishing last week. . Eliza ALLEN walked a mile Sunday morning without his breakfast to get a rig to take his girl to the basket meeting. . D. A. LEE and Oliver MATHES and their families visited at Jacob MATHES, near Bono, Saturday night. . Arthur LEE was at Mitchell Saturday. . The rain here Sunday was a great help to the crops.
