Unfortunately with this one you don't even have to open the attachment. I never open one from someone I don't know and it slipped in right past my Norton A/V because I hadn't downloaded the updates for 8 days. Once you have your a/v software up to date, and have your "Auto Detect" enable to scan incoming e-mails it will alert on this one.
