Mary Lou, I am not sure without further checking, but Lawrence may not have been a county in 1810, I don't find it listed in the 1810 census. The 1820 census for Lawrence Co., is on line at: http://www.census-online.com/links/IN/Lawrence/ first click on 1820 census then click on "lawrence.txt" and it will list all the names and how many people in the households and age groups. If you click on 1820 census and then "1820indx.txt" you will find what pages your Smith's are on. As far as your other questions I can't answer them. Smith family Does Lawrence co. have a census list for 1810 and if so could I find some one who could send me a reading of the Smith families on that 1810 List and on the 1820 census. Also list the township if possible. James T. is a child and am searching for his parents. Does Lawrence C. have a booklet that lists the early land sales, wills, Estate settlements and Probates. I would be interested in the cost and where such a book could be ordered from. The time frame would be 1800 to 1839, Any land deal that involved James T. or estate settlement involving him. Thanking you very much for any help you can give me. I will give any one needing later information about him what I have. Mary Lou
