BEDFORD WEEKLY MAIL BEDFORD, INDIANA FRIDAY, NOV. 16, 1900 Parks M. MARTIN, of Spencer, Ind., has been appointed by Gov. Mount, the Democratic member of the State Board of Tax Commissioners, to succeed Thomas B. BUSKIRK, of Paoli, who has been elected Judge of the circuit composed of Orange, Washington and Jackson counties. There were a number of applicants for the vacancy. Mr. MARTIN is Chairman of the Democratic State Central Committee.
