John SMITH's clover huller burnt last week, supposed to have caught fire from the engine. He also lost three horses. . Holbert and Lawrence SHEEKS will lay about 2,500 feet of new flooring on the river bridge, near Rivervale this week. . John L. SALLEE is framing some barn timber for himself at present. . Wm. HUBBARD is building wire fences at odd times. . Tom BEASLEY was kicked in the face by a horse last week. The wound was painful but not serious. . Charley LEE has moved to the old Davy LEATHERMAN house, near Lawrenceport. . It is reported that Harve BOND and wife have a 12 pound boy. . Charley GRUBB is working for Johnny GUTHRIE at present. . John P. FOSTER has put in a stock of groceries at Buddha. Among them he keeps Thomas HOLIDAY's home made sorghum. .. John BEASLEY has added shutters to his house. .
